And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **About the Role** Our Quality team, composed of 5 people, is part of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment department and focuses on executing established analyses to ensure the quality of raw materials, process streams and finished products in collaboration with the Production Department, Warehouse and Materials Department, and Customer Service/Traffic Department. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for: complying with quality assurance and control processes, procedures and methods to ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations; conducting analytical tests to validate quality according to customer requirements; archiving and maintaining up-to-date all technical documentation to support the plant in achieving its quality objectives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and positively impact the company’s quality results. Your responsibilities will include: * Following work instructions in accordance with existing procedures and techniques within your area of responsibility. * Applying laboratory techniques to determine established parameters. * Using laboratory equipment. * Monitoring consumption of essential chemicals in the laboratory. * Adhering to modifications and suggestions provided by process leaders and senior management regarding your activities. We offer a permanent contract with a three-month probationary period, based on on-site working mode and rotating shifts. **About You** Relevant educational qualification or equivalent, such as a technical degree in Chemistry, or equivalent years of experience. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in laboratory techniques and analysis, or equivalent. The expected base salary for this position is MXN$ 20,000 – MXN$ 22,000 per month in Mexico. Your final salary may be higher or lower depending on your skills and experience.
