Position Summary: Celular Express seeks a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead sales teams, ensure goal attainment, supervise points of sale, manage operations, and generate reports in the accessories division. Celular express (Celex) is seeking your experience as: RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR Join us in our accessories sales division across company-owned stores and Cencel stores. Which stores are covered? Areas of Toluca, Pachuca, CDMX, and State of Mexico What do we offer?: --Monthly gross salary: $15,000 --PLUS COMMISSIONS (average monthly range: $1,000 to $2,000) --PLUS $1,000 monthly bonus --Statutory benefits: effective from day one --Additional benefits: (gasoline vouchers, grocery vouchers, savings fund, automotive service (twice per year)) Direct employment contract with the company --Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off. --Business hours: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Requirements: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Willingness to travel to CDMX, Toluca, and Pachuca - Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) for transportation. (Mandatory) - Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising work teams in RETAIL (preferably in technology or telecommunications) Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and provide feedback to sales staff to improve performance. Goal Achievement (KPIs): Monitor real-time sales conversion rate, revenue generation, and new activations within your assigned zone. Point-of-Sale (POS) Supervision: Visit stores to ensure proper execution of strategies, verify product availability, and maintain correct brand image (planograms). Operational Management: Manage inventory levels, report incidents, and ensure proper store closing procedures.
