RESPONSIBILITIES: • Posting and disseminating job vacancies across various recruitment channels. • Conducting phone screenings and competency-based interviews. • Coordinating and tracking interviews with candidates and internal clients. • Updating databases and generating recruitment reports. • Supporting mass recruitment processes. • Providing timely follow-up to candidates throughout the selection process. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in recruiting operational profiles, field sales personnel, or facility staff. • Proficiency in job boards and selection tools. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet objectives. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
