Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Desk Engineer or Help Desk professional to provide first-level technical support and incident management, with a focus on user assistance and effective communication. Ticket registration, tracking, and closure A telecommunications company is looking for: SERVICE DESK ENGINEER OR HELP DESK Provide first-level technical support. The position requires: * User assistance * Incident management and call center experience, applying telephone tagging and using tools such as Genesis and Genyus. SERVICE DESK ENGINEER We offer: • Initial training • Monthly gross salary of $14,000 to $17,000, depending on experience • $1,000 food vouchers • Timely payment • Statutory benefits, Social Security, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT • 1-year project duration Requirements: • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, or related field (student or graduate) • English: Intermediate level — MANDATORY • Experience in help desk / service desk and call centers • Knowledge of Genesis and Genyus (desirable) • Availability to work rotating shifts (including night shifts) and on-site • Competencies: effective communication, conflict resolution, and sense of urgency Main Responsibilities: • First-level technical support (Help Desk) • Telephone support to users applying call tagging • Ticket registration, tracking, and closure in Genesis and Genyus • User assistance via phone, email, and messaging • Incident escalation according to procedures Working Hours: Rotating shifts (5 working days followed by 2 days off): • 06:30 to 15:30 • 13:30 to 22:30 • 22:30 to 07:30 Work Modality: • On-site • Location 10 minutes from Fuente de Petróleos Onboarding includes initial fixed-hour training; upon completion, the role will be performed on rotating shifts.
