Fosters organization, proactivity, and adaptability **Position: Executive Assistant to the Commercial Director** Full-time Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements** **Required Experience:** Minimum 1 year as an Executive Assistant, Commercial Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator in B2B companies. Preferred experience in technology, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or IT companies. Proven experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or others). **Qualifications and Education Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or related field. · Additional training in sales, business relations, or technology is preferred. **Preferred Skills** * Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * CRM and ERP platforms. * General knowledge of commercial processes and B2B contracts. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (reading and drafting executive emails and documents). **Competencies and Skills:** · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. · Proactivity, discretion, and loyalty. · Assertive communication and impeccable writing. · Analytical ability and follow-up capacity. · Results- and service-oriented mindset. · Collaborative teamwork and technological adaptability.
