Guarantee that revenues, advances, invoicing, payments, purchases, and inventories are managed accurately and promptly, supporting clinical and commercial operations with order, data traceability, and discipline in the internal ERP system, to protect margins, prevent supply shortages, and enable replicable growth. **Responsibilities:** * Record and reconcile patient advances and payments * Issue and manage invoices, sales notes, and receipts according to policies * Ensure every commercial closing is supported by proper documentation * Schedule payments to suppliers * Prepare operational cash flow reports * Maintain control over fixed expenses * Maintain accurate inventory records * Control goods receipt, returns to suppliers, and expiration dates * Supplier management * Coordination with accounting and legal departments **Morning Shift** **Salary: MXN 20,000 per month** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $20,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
