This role is primarily focused on configuring SFTP connections and designing automated workflows using enterprise tools such as **GoAnywhere** and **GlobalScape (EFT)**. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient file movement between internal systems and external partners, while maintaining strong security standards and operational stability. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities*** Configure, manage, and maintain secure file transfer solutions using **GoAnywhere** and **GlobalScape (EFT)** * Set up and support **SFTP connections**, including key\-based and password authentication methods * Design, build, and maintain **automated EFT workflows** to support business and integration needs * Monitor file transfer processes to ensure reliability, performance, and timely delivery * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfers, connectivity, and workflows * Manage user access, permissions, and **role\-based security configurations** * Enforce security best practices, including encryption, data protection, and compliance standards * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize file transfer processes * Document configurations, processes, and workflows for operational transparency and continuity **Required Qualifications*** Experience working with secure file transfer tools such as **GoAnywhere** and/or **GlobalScape (EFT)** * Strong knowledge of **SFTP, FTP/S, and secure file transfer protocols** * Experience with workflow automation and file transfer scheduling * Understanding of **authentication methods** (SSH keys, certificates, passwords) * Familiarity with **security best practices** (encryption, access control, compliance) * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills * Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross\-functionally **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in enterprise integration or DataOps environments * Knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation * Familiarity with networking concepts (ports, firewalls, connectivity) * Experience working with external vendors and third\-party integrations **Benefits** * Contractor scheme * 100% Remote
