We specialize in hot sales of natural health and beauty products, which are highly demanded in the market. Currently, we are looking for Call Center Operators for remote work on a fixed 2/2 schedule. What will you do? - Handle incoming customer inquiries. - Advise customers and help them select the best solution. - Resolve questions, handle objections, and close sales. - Record information in the system. What do we offer? - 100% remote work (Home Office). - Fixed 2/2 schedule: 2 working days followed by 2 days off. - Approximately 15–16 working days per month. - Bi-weekly payment: hourly rate + performance-based bonus. - Average monthly income: between 10200 and 13600 MXN depending on performance. - Paid initial training, provided you remain with the company for at least 1 month. - Opportunity for professional growth: supervisor assistant, quality assurance, monitoring, or team supervisor. Important: Income depends on sales performance and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). This is not an hourly job without performance requirements. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales call centers. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Drive, and Google Maps. - Computer or laptop, headset with microphone, and stable wired internet connection. - Quiet workspace. - Candidates residing inside or outside Mexico are welcome. - Responsible, organized, and results-oriented individual.
