




Position Summary: This role focuses on executing route reconciliations, identifying incidents related to items, managing pending shipments, and analyzing fuel performance. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics and Operations City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: Apr 21, 2026 Schedule: 3:00 PM \- 11:00 PM Description: 1\. Execute TR2 and TR1 route reconciliations. Verifying that all routes entering/leaving the COP manifest identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies. To prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information regarding items with TR1 and TR2 reconciliation discrepancies. Identifying each guide with an incident, questioning the Operator, and requiring immediate delivery of such items. To ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Recording, locating, and managing all pending shipments scheduled for route departure on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending status recorded on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Conducting daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor for preventing improper fuel usage and fuel theft. 5\. Report reconciliation results for TR1, TR2, and fuel performance audits to the Supervisor. Documenting and submitting the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can implement corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/route experiencing incidents to prevent recurrence.
