Join Estafeta! **Location**(Very close to Metrobús UAM Azcapotzalco) **CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE** **Position Objective** Provide telephone customer service by resolving inquiries regarding shipment status or receipt of contracted services via inbound calls and online tools to locate tracking numbers or service orders, ensuring continuous follow-up until successful package delivery at its final destination. **Requirements** * Education: High school diploma or certified technical degree * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations * Basic Office Package software proficiency. **Job Functions or Activities** * Customer Service and Case Resolution * This involves using our online tools to locate tracking numbers or service orders. When necessary, escalate cases to supervision, who will contact the relevant departments. In this way, you will ensure continuous follow-up until successful package delivery at its final destination. * Complaint Management * Handle customer complaints professionally, empathetically, and effectively, seeking solutions that minimize dissatisfaction and restore trust. * Document and escalate complaints as needed for resolution.
