Position Summary: Responsible for verifying route reconciliations, identifying item discrepancies, issuing records of pending shipments, and analyzing fuel performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute and verify route reconciliations for item control 2. Identify and manage items with discrepancies to ensure traceability 3. Analyze fuel performance to prevent misuse and theft Logistics and Operations City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: Apr 21, 2026 Schedule: 3:00 PM \- 11:00 PM Description: 1\. Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1 routes, verifying that all routes departing/arriving at the COP manifest the same quantity of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information on items with reconciliation discrepancies for TR1 and TR2 routes. Identifying each guide with a discrepancy, questioning the Operator, and requiring immediate delivery of that item. To guarantee all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Recording, locating, and managing all pending outbound shipments to Route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending status recorded on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Conducting daily audits for fuel loading control (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft. 5\. Report to the Supervisor the results of TR1 and TR2 reconciliations and fuel performance audits. Documenting and submitting the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. To enable the supervisor to implement corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/route experiencing discrepancies, preventing recurrence.
