




Position Summary: HR Services Coordinator responsible for managing human resources processes, controlling labor costs, and supervising vendors, supporting the organizational structure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel. 2. Labor cost control and optimization. 3. Documentary supervision of vendors with on-site personnel. **We are seeking an HR Services Coordinator** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for personnel. * Control and optimize labor costs (overtime, turnover, absenteeism). * Conduct documentary supervision of vendors with on-site personnel (security, cleaning, etc.). * Prepare periodic reports for Management and Committees. * Integrate and safeguard complete personnel files. * Record and manage incidents and transactions with IMSS. * Coordinate technical and operational training. * Address and follow up on labor conflicts. * Prepare monthly personnel indicator reports. * Support organizational restructuring and adjustments. * Assist supervisors on personnel and disciplinary matters. **We Offer:** * Salary of $17,000 to $20,000 per month (variable according to experience) * Statutory benefits Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Experience: * HR Coordination: 2 years (Preferred) * Condominiums and/or Hotels: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
