Job Summary: Prefamovil is seeking a creative and analytical CAD Draftsman to join its team, performing 3D project modeling, preparing architectural drawings, and supporting execution of manufacturing projects. We seek your talent to fill the position of: ***CAD Draftsman*** — highly creative, analytical, and problem-solving oriented — to join our team. Requirements: * Age 23 to 45 * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and/or related fields (verifiable; recent graduate acceptable) * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of concrete prefabricated structures * Experience with **Excel and AutoCAD 2D, 3D** * Knowledge of drawings * Must reside in the Arroyo Zarco area Responsibilities: * **3D modeling** of projects, materials, and tools required across various departments * **Preparation of detailed architectural drawings** * **Development of As-Built drawings**, documenting all modifications made during construction * Review and correction of **project drawings** * **Planning and execution** of manufacturing projects * Supervision of manufacturing and assembly of projects * **Support in document control** and timely delivery of projects We Offer: * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company * 100% IMSS registration At Prefamovil, we foster a culture of inclusion and a respectful, equitable workplace; therefore, our talent acquisition processes align with an equality and non-discrimination policy, based on competency- and skill-based evaluation of candidates.
