If you are passionate about sales and customer service, this opportunity is for you! **Customer Solutions Assistant (Seasonal)** **Location: Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** **Position Objective:** Promptly address requests from the shipment control department, ensuring compliance with performance indicators and customer satisfaction. * Handle and follow up on service reports promptly and accurately. * Contact customers when their shipments contain incomplete information, follow up, and collect correct details to ensure on-time delivery per the contracted guarantee. * Cargo handling: Scan incoming and outgoing shipments in the assigned area. Provide customer support and assistance, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. * Generate reports for damaged shipments / Re-packing * RequirementsMinimum education required: High school diploma or completed technical program. * Minimum 6 months of experience in operational roles related to customer service, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
