Position Summary: We are seeking a tutor to provide comprehensive support to students, fostering their academic, socioemotional, and formative development, serving as a bridge among school, family, and teachers. The tutor role is a key figure within the school community: someone close to students, capable of building trust, providing follow-up, and offering guidance—without compromising clarity and structure in their work. **What will be your purpose?** To comprehensively support a group of students, fostering their academic, socioemotional, and formative development through close, consistent, and human-centered follow-up. You will serve as a reference point for them and as a bridge among school, family, and the teaching team. **What will you do daily?** **Student Support** * Establish close, trusting relationships with assigned students * Understand their academic, personal, and family contexts * Identify changes in behavior, motivation, or performance * Provide individual follow-up when necessary **Academic Follow-up** * Monitor grades, assignments, attendance, and participation * Identify areas for improvement and propose support strategies * Promote habits of organization, study, and responsibility **Socioemotional Development** * Foster an environment of respect, trust, and healthy coexistence * Mediate conflicts among students * Encourage spaces for reflection and personal growth **Family Engagement** * Maintain ongoing communication with parents or guardians * Report progress, incidents, or relevant situations * Follow up on agreements between family and school **Team Collaboration** * Coordinate with teachers and the academic department * Participate in group follow-up meetings * Share information clearly and responsibly **Planning and Follow-up** * Develop and implement a tutorial action plan * Track group objectives * Record progress and relevant incidents **Operational Support (Limited)** * Participate in specific student supervision activities * Assist in maintaining order and safety during the school day **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field * Experience working with adolescents * Ability to build trust without compromising boundaries * Strong communication and active listening skills * Observational and follow-up capabilities * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Genuine interest in student development **This position is right for you if:** * You are interested in supporting processes—not merely performing tasks * You know how to set boundaries with empathy * You enjoy working with people and in teams * You possess sound judgment for making daily decisions Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,579.44 per month Work Location: On-site employment
