Air Design, a prominent company located in Emiliano Zapata, Morelos, dedicated to the development and manufacturing of automotive parts, is seeking: **Production Supervisor for manufacturing processes** **Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, or equivalent. Experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing companies. Personnel management experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate production activities. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in the production area. * Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and achievement of objectives. * Meet production schedules. * Manage unionized operational personnel. **Knowledge Requirements:** Production process improvement Fulfillment of production orders ISO 14001: 2015 Ensuring product quality and specifications Cleaning of work equipment and identification of anomalies Compliance with good manufacturing practices 5S **Skills:** · Flexible working hours; shift rotation required. · Self-management · Risk-taking ability · Ability to reinvent oneself · Willingness to assume responsibility · Problem-solving ability · Proficiency in Excel We offer a competitive salary and all statutory benefits.
