Job Description: **What will you do?** *Your Impactful Responsibilities* As a Quality Intern, you will support the team in continuous process improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting documentation, updating, and control of procedures and records within the Quality Management System. Analyzing quality data (KPIs, metrics, reports) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborating on internal audits, process reviews, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions. Participating in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, as applicable). This is an individual contributor role, designed for learning, contributing ideas, and actively supporting a collaborative, continuous-improvement-focused team. (External) English Qualifications: **What qualifications will make you successful for this role?** *Qualifications for Your Success* Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Genuine interest in quality, processes, and continuous improvement. Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or others, preferred) and statistics. A learning mindset, responsibility, and commitment. Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Power Apps is desirable. * **Location: Rojo Gómez Plant: Av.
