REQUIREMENTS: Student pursuing a degree in Food Engineering (preferred), Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field (final semesters) Valid facultative insurance and tax status certificate Positive attitude, availability, and proactive mindset Monday to Friday, part-time, afternoon shift (1 PM to 5 PM) RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in laboratory-level test development Shelf-life monitoring; perform pH, sedimentation, and Brix degree analyses Sensory evaluation of samples (assess flavor, odor, and appearance profiles of products) Support analysts in their daily activities Assist in shelf-life monitoring WE OFFER: Monthly stipend of $3,300.00 MXN Professional practice credit and/or work experience acquisition Opportunity for development and learning.
