Ensure timely material supply. 2. Manage inventories efficiently. 3. Eliminate process stoppages due to material shortages on hand. 4. Manage finished goods inventory with an approximate annual value of USD 2 million. 5. Deliver products on time and as scheduled, with an approximate annual volume of 700,000 boxes. 6. Serve various market segments with an approximate volume of 300 orders per month. 7. Lead multidisciplinary work teams comprising administrative and operational staff. 8. Manage and optimize warehouse and freight expenses with an approximate monthly amount of USD 545,000 annually. 9. Standardize and comply with quality procedures, SOX policies, and internal audit processes. 10. Strict adherence to Leadership Development values and competencies. 11. Achieve operational efficiencies reflected in the monthly P&L. 12. Ensure compliance with safety procedures for activities and personnel under your supervision, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and Mexican official safety regulations. 13. Perform activities within a regulatory framework aligned with Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, and/or Good Warehousing Practices. 14. Monitor performance indicators according to departmental/leadership objectives. 15. Comply with industrial safety and hygiene guidelines. **What You Bring:** 1. Industrial Engineering and/or related Bachelor’s degree (completed) 2. Knowledge of warehouse management under sanitary regulations and GMPs. 3. Knowledge of inventory and logistics ERP systems (JDE, SAP, AS-400, WMS). 4. Familiarity with local sanitary regulations (NOM-241-SSA1) and international standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485). 5. Trend analysis skills. 6. Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency. 7. 3–5 years of experience in warehousing. 8.
