Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and optimize production, ensuring quality, managing personnel, and reducing waste in a bakery company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Submission of daily production reports and follow-up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) generated during the shift. Personnel management: task assignment during the shift, mealtime control, vacation scheduling, overtime, performance evaluation, etc. Equipment/machinery follow-up: preparation of work orders, maintenance schedules, etc. Implementation and follow-up of initiatives to reduce waste and rework. Requesting and receiving packaging materials for the production line, and returning surplus materials to the warehouse. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in food or manufacturing plants (preference given to biscuit or bakery industry). Knowledge of personnel management, production lines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, continuous improvement, etc. Availability to rotate shifts.
