Customer satisfaction-oriented **CUSTOMER SERVICE – ROLLER SKATING AREA** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Primarily responsible for providing service to both internal and external customers, supporting various departments, handling cash, managing inventory, and maintaining workplace cleanliness and disinfection. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service * Ability to handle difficult customers * Selling complementary or additional services * Point-of-sale operation * Customer satisfaction-oriented * Basic computer skills * High school diploma or technical degree **KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Database management * File management * Record control * Customer service **SALARY:** * $9,700 monthly * Statutory benefits * Indefinite-term contract; permanent employment status granted after 3 months **SCHEDULE:** * 11:00 AM \- 9:00 PM * Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off **LOCATION:** * Av.
