You will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the brand, delivering exceptional service and guiding them in selecting their ideal vehicle. · Responsibilities: Advise and accompany customers throughout the entire purchase process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits of each model. Manage necessary documentation for vehicle purchase and financing. Achieve monthly sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet dealership objectives. Stay updated on brand developments and automotive market trends. Develop long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent after-sales service. Requirements: Sales experience (in any industry or sector) Strong interest in customer service, closing sales, and goal-oriented work Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and high motivation Tax regime enabling issuance of invoices (mandatory) We Offer: 100% commission-based compensation structure; income depends entirely on sales performance. It is mandatory that the candidate be able to issue invoices for professional services or business activities, as payment is processed under this model. Work locations: Subaru Patriotismo or Subaru Barranca del Muerto.
