Administrative support, teamwork, and proactivity. **We are hiring!** **Position:** Credit and Collections Analyst **Company:** Grupo Tarahumara At **Grupo Tarahumara**, we are looking for a responsible and organized **Credit and Collections Analyst**, skilled in monitoring, negotiation, and administrative control, to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review and monitoring of overdue accounts receivable in the system. * Preparation of collection reports for the sales department. * Customer collection management (in-person, by phone, and via email). * Identification and recording of customer payments in bank statements. * Entry of income, collections, and deposits into the system. * Periodic bank reconciliations. * Negotiation with customers for accounts receivable recovery. * Control and safekeeping of documents related to receivables (invoices, checks, promissory notes, receipts). * Preparation of daily collection recovery reports. * Management of petty cash fund and expense control. * Preparation and delivery of valuables to the cash-in-transit company. * Follow-up on customer credit requests. * Administrative support in the credit and collections department. * Occasional coverage of cashiering\-billing functions. * Field collection support and customer visits as required. * File organization and management. ✅ **We seek individuals with:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Negotiation and monitoring skills. * Responsibility in handling documents and valuables. * Teamwork and proactivity. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits * Gross monthly salary: $12,500 * Attendance bonus: $1,250 * Punctuality bonus: $1,250 * Additional benefits upon completion of probation period **If you are interested in joining our team, please send your CV or contact us for more information.**
