




Position Summary: The Pension Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive advisory services to clients and prospects, offering financial products and services tailored to their needs and contributing to the achievement of their objectives. Training and access to platforms for professional development The Pension Advisor is a role responsible for comprehensively advising clients and prospects and offering them alternatives aligned with their needs; the advisor must meet product and financial service advisory objectives within their assigned district or location, in coordination with the broader consumer advisory team. Responsibilities: Prospecting and acquiring new clients Scheduling appointments via telemarketing Providing personalized advisory services to clients by identifying their needs Follow-up and closing of sales Approaching target clients through a value proposition Visiting workplace centers Developing strategies to achieve goals Meeting or exceeding position and company objectives Skills: Strong verbal communication skills Experience and interest in pension advisory services Proactive, results-oriented mindset Empathy Service orientation Frustration tolerance Cognitive ability Experience promoting financial services Experience in customer service and/or advisory roles Contact generation Writing skills Requirements: • Completed high school diploma (verified), with 1 year of experience in consultative sales of financial products. • Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in economics/administration, with 3 or more years of experience at an Afore and/or advising on financial products. • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in economics/administration or engineering, with no prior experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in promotion and consultative sales; experience in financial products is preferred. Preferably 3 or more years of experience at an Afore.
