Job Objective: - Perform various branch operations in compliance with established regulations, always aiming to retain customers. Each day you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible: - Providing customer service and assisting all users with their various branch-related requests. - Identifying customer needs and leveraging sales opportunities during interactions. - Promoting and providing information about institutional products and services to customers and users. Requirements: - Completed bachelor’s degree (GRADUATED OR INTERNSHIP COMPLETED) in economics or administration fields (Economics, Accounting, International Relations, Administration, etc.), verifiable. - 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, cash handling, or teller roles. - Experience areas: Sales and customer service. - Required knowledge: Sales techniques, customer service. - Flexible working hours. - Willingness to rotate across branches.
