Job Summary: Supervises monitor operators' activities, tracks incidents and transportation carriers, and prepares requested reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise monitor operators' activities 2. Track incidents and transportation carriers 3. Prepare reports for clients Supervisor in the Monitoring Center. $12,000 net monthly Statutory benefits Life insurance. Paid training. Referral bonus of $1,000 Agreements with recreational, educational, and healthcare centers. Schedule: 12x12 rotating shift from 7 AM to 7 PM (work 5 days, rest 2) Location: Azcapotzalco, Tecnoparque. Requirements: High school diploma or technical degree. Minimum 6 months of experience in GPS monitoring. Proficiency in Outlook. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience managing personnel.
