Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring your site operates exceptionally well every single day. From operations to team atmosphere, and from customer experience to continuous improvement. You will lead, execute, and constantly improve. You will serve as the bridge between operations and strategy, working hand-in-hand with your District Leader. Most Important: This position is a leadership incubator. If you consistently exceed your KPIs and demonstrate strong leadership, you can advance to District Leader in ~1 year—alongside Sede Café’s expansion.
