




Job Summary: This role involves managing sales, processing orders, customer interaction, and report generation using Excel, focusing on administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Excel usage for data tracking and reporting Location: Polanco neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo borough, 11510 Mexico City, CDMX Requirements • Completed bachelor’s degree in administration or related field (VERIFIABLE) • Intermediate Excel skills (non-negotiable) • Reside within a one-hour commute from the work location • 6 months to 1 year of sales experience Responsibilities • Place orders for equipment, accessories, and fuel • Track billing, order, and quotation activities • Use Excel for data tracking and report preparation • Communicate with suppliers and customers via phone, email, and in person • Manage and continuously update the customer portfolio • Process payments and fully track sales, orders, and purchases Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
