Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and extroverted real estate advisor for property negotiation, closing of purchase-sale transactions, and comprehensive client advisory services. Responsibilities (with paid training): - Property negotiation. - Closing of purchase-sale transactions. - Follow-up with existing buyers. - Direct interaction with property owners. - File control and review. - Fieldwork. - Drafting of private contracts. - Leasing and real estate advisory services. - Issuance of property valuation opinions.
