




Position Summary: Develop, lead, and execute individual donor fundraising strategies to ensure revenue growth and strengthen donor relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze key performance indicators to optimize resources POSITION PURPOSE: Develop, lead, and execute individual donor fundraising strategies through management of Telemarketing, Face-to-Face (agencies/in-house/churches/schools, etc.), and Donor Care teams, in alignment with the national fundraising strategy and World Vision’s principles, to ensure sustainable revenue growth and strengthen donor relationships—maximizing impact on the lives of children and communities in the most vulnerable situations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.- Lead and supervise the individual donor acquisition strategy and operations of Telemarketing, Face-to-Face, and Donor Care teams, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising targets. - Achievement of sustainable revenue targets. - Continuous improvement in individual donor acquisition and retention (revenue from delinquency, reactivation after cancellation). - Team training to improve productivity and mission alignment. 2.- Coordinate special campaigns, strategic partnerships, and new acquisition initiatives that strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability with individual donors. - Diversification of revenue sources. - Generation of new funding opportunities. 3.- Manage and coordinate contracts with Face-to-Face agencies and other external providers, in accordance with organizational policies. - Vendor retention (which services are you referring to?). - Increased agency fundraising and productivity. - Policy compliance. 4.- Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) for each fundraising channel to develop improvement actions and resource optimization. - Up-to-date performance reporting and data-driven decision-making to optimize investment and maximize results. - Revenue by channel: face-to-face, telemarketing/sponsorship, and cause-related partnership. - Increased fundraiser productivity. - Lifetime Value (LTV) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) analysis. - Upsell and cross-sell analysis. 5.- Ensure implementation of processes across the donor experience at every touchpoint, guaranteeing policy compliance. - Improvement of donor experience and satisfaction, reducing cancellation rates and strengthening institutional reputation. NPS – (Net Promoter Score) for donor satisfaction. Reduction of delinquency rate. Reduction of cancellation rate. Increase in reactivation rate after cancellation. 6.- Participate in strategic planning and collaborate with other departments to align individual donor fundraising with World Vision Mexico’s mission and objectives. - Integration of fundraising strategy into the institutional plan. - Joint strategies with Philanthropy and GAM, among others. 7.- Demonstrate commitment to and alignment with the organization’s philosophy, code of conduct, child protection attitude, Child Protection Policy, confidential handling of information related to the position and the organization, and participation in personal and collective security measures as required. PROFILE: Experience: 5 years in intangible sales, commercial team management, commercial management or leadership roles, work in nonprofit organizations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Commercial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Advertising, Marketing, Commerce, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related fields. Master’s degree or specialization in Business Administration with a focus on sales. Preferred knowledge and qualifications: Office 365 suite Online collaborative systems Advanced CRM (Customer Relationship Management), preferably HubSpot Storytelling Commercial budgeting Intangible sales Management of work teams and points of sale Negotiation and problem-solving Working under pressure and goal-oriented.
