Description

Position Summary: Develop and optimize direct engagement systems to supervise and improve operations with F2F agencies, ensuring quality and goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare weekly reconciliations for partner records and monthly production closures and invoice issuance; review established guarantees; secure new venues (Private Locations) for agencies nationwide. Demonstrate commitment to and alignment with the organization’s philosophy; uphold child protection principles per the organization’s Child Protection Policy; handle position- and organization-related information confidentially; and participate in safety measures for oneself and others as required. PROFILE Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience (verifiable). Experience supervising or coordinating F2F or Direct Dialogue teams. Experience in public-space and private-location partner acquisition. Experience with individual and recurring donors. Experience in opening new venues (Private Locations). Experience with payment structures and agency guarantees. Education: Bachelor’s degree (in progress/completed) or technical degree in Communications, Marketing, Administration, Sales, Advertising, Public Relations, or Social Sciences. Preferred knowledge and qualifications: Proficiency in Office 365 and online collaborative tools (Drive, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel for report creation). Customer service orientation. Excellent spelling and writing skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Teamwork and goal-oriented mindset. Intermediate English level (B1).
