Position: Grill Cook Work Location: El Farolito Santa Fe (shopping mall) The challenge is clear: Do you have the flavor, speed, and precision to master the grill? Here, you don’t just cook—you demonstrate your talent in every dish. Responsibilities: Preparation of tacos, faroladas, farolazos, gringas, alambres, volcanes, huaraches, and accompaniments Maintain presentation, flavor, and portion control Meet quality standards for every dish Schedules: Rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off) Availability for rotating shifts: Opening shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Closing shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM We Offer: Base salary of $12,868 MXN plus daily tips Weekly payments Statutory benefits from day one Complimentary meals Savings fund Funeral expense assistance Major Medical Expense Insurance Discounts on Grupo Gigante brands Do you have what it takes to master the grill?
