In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily business operations, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating multiple tasks—from scheduling meetings and managing calendars to assisting with event planning. Your ability to organize and prioritize tasks will be essential to maintaining workflow continuity and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and problem resolution. Your analytical skills and capacity for quick decision-making will be critical to sustaining smooth operations. A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail are required. You must possess effective communication skills and a proven ability to work under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: Updating information in reservation systems Updating reports Tracking quotations Customer service Various administrative tasks Calendar management Email follow-up Managing attendance records and personnel incidents, including completion of forms related to leave requests and/or medical certifications.
