Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 verifiable years as a manicurist. Knowledge: Manicure and pedicure for women and men. Protocols: Knowledge of and correct application of cleaning and disinfection protocols for tools. Education: Secondary school or higher. Availability: Willingness to work various shifts. Note: Specialization in nail art or advanced nail techniques is required, given the nature of the beauty salon. Skills and Competencies: Professional service attitude and customer interaction. Attention to detail and personal grooming. Effective communication and customer orientation. Adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Time management and operational discipline. Responsibilities: Perform manicure and pedicure services for women and men. Strictly adhere to hygiene and disinfection protocols. Maintain tools and work area in optimal condition. We Offer: Compensation Plan: First 2 months: $15,000 net monthly Starting from the 3rd month: 35% commission only on generated sales Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm, with availability to work either shift Days Off: 2 days — fixed Sunday + 1 weekday Location: Granjas Palo Alto, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City Employment Type: 2-month probationary period, followed by an indefinite-term contract.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary education 3 years of experience
