Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT – TORTILLA MACHINE Location: PICAL PANTACO Company: DECA FOODS Job Description: We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support the proper operation of tortilla-making machines, ensuring continuous production and preventing downtime due to technical failures. Main Responsibilities: Support preventive and corrective maintenance of tortilla-making machines. Inspection and adjustment of mechanical and electrical equipment. Fault detection and timely reporting. Cleaning and lubrication of machinery. General support in the production area as required. Requirements: Education: Secondary school diploma or technical training in maintenance, electromechanics, or related field. Minimum 6 months of maintenance experience (preferably with food processing or tortilla-making machinery). Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and tools. Flexible working hours.
