Due to growth, we are hiring! · Job Objective Ensure the correct execution of physical inventories at the company’s branches, verifying actual merchandise existence, proper coding, location, rotation, and product condition. Your work guarantees the reliability of inventory accounting records, detects discrepancies, and strengthens controls in storage and distribution processes. · Main Responsibilities Conduct scheduled and random physical inventories at warehouses, points of sale, and branches nationwide. Validate proper product labeling, coding, and location according to the system (ERP or inventory). Verify compliance with incoming and outgoing merchandise procedures. Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies (shortages, overages, damage, shrinkage). Prepare detailed reports for each audit conducted, including photographic evidence. Coordinate with local branch personnel for counting and validation logistics. Suggest improvements in inventory control and storage processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding inventory handling. Follow up on corrective actions arising from detected discrepancies. · Job Requirements Education: Technical degree: Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions: inventory auditor, audit assistant, warehouse control, or similar. Experience in physical inventory taking, blind counting, and warehouse auditing. Desirable experience in distribution companies. Willingness to travel. · Technical Knowledge: ERP system proficiency (preferably SAP, Oracle, SAE, Odoo, or similar). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). Sampling and counting techniques. Cyclical and general inventories.
