General Assistant at Grupo Eulen México We are looking for a committed individual for the role of General Maintenance Assistant at our facilities. Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating daily activities. Daily refilling of printer paper trays. Stock control of paper boxes; notify via chat when only 5 reserve boxes remain. Repair or adjustment of workstations: attaching moldings, adjusting accessories such as lamps, shelves, and baseboards. Inspection rounds to verify that all civil protection signage is present and in good condition; make necessary adjustments if not. Inspect current condition of all bathroom, kitchenette, and closet doors, ensuring proper closure; perform corresponding adjustments if required. Inspect current condition of blinds on all floors; perform corresponding adjustments if required. Monthly inspection of door handles; re-tighten as needed. Inspect and adjust sanitary partition pins and partitions (performing corresponding adjustments). Inspect and adjust chair operation. Inspect, adjust, re-tighten, and level terrace, dining, and kitchenette tables and chairs. Inspect coat racks.
