Position Summary: We are seeking candidates with high sales closing ability to manage existing customers and drive account growth through benefits and upgrades. Key Highlights: 1. Current customer management 2. Account growth focus 3. High sales closing ability **PORTFOLIO COMMERCIAL ADVISOR FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS** **Work Zone:** Centro Valle. We seek candidates with high sales closing ability to manage existing customers. We do not conduct cold prospecting; the focus is on account growth through benefits and upgrades. **Economic Proposal:** * Base salary: 9,270 pesos per month. * Average bonus for meeting targets: 6,000 pesos. * Competitive uncapped commissions. * Timely weekly payments (Thursdays). * Meal vouchers and life insurance. * Access to cafeteria service and dental insurance. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 months of sales experience (insurance, credit, AFORE, or similar). * Original high school diploma (mandatory). * Official ID and RFC with homoclave. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00 hours. Paid training period with initial support of 8,300 pesos.
