Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to determine standard costs, analyze variances, prepare forecasts, and evaluate profitability within a manufacturing environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in cost and profitability analysis in manufacturing 2. Proficiency in SAP (FI, CO, MM) and advanced Excel for financial management 3. Collaboration in building a cleaner and more sustainable future **Key Responsibilities** * Determine annual standard costs, coordinating with relevant departments to obtain required information * Establish labor rates per job position and perform annual roll-up * Analyze variances between actual and standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead * Support preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts for material costs, other direct costs, direct and indirect labor, and manufacturing overhead * Review accurate recording of production in work orders, validating quantities produced per operation and correct recording of material, labor, and overhead costs * Track and validate engineering changes until they are correctly loaded into the BOM * Unit price analysis * Profit margin analysis * Freight and labor variance analysis * Integration of cost of sales * Product-level profitability evaluation * Unit price evaluation * Preparation of cost of production and sales statement * SKU creation and discontinuation * Monthly reconciliation of auxiliary inventory module vs. general ledger * Participation in and support of cyclic count and physical inventory processes, including audits * Preparation of profitability analyses **Required Competencies** * Advanced proficiency in MS Office * SAP: FI, CO, MM * Excel, Macros **Profile (Education and Experience)** * CP, LAF, IIA * Advanced English * Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost accounting within manufacturing industry **Let’s create a cleaner future together** Cleaning has emerged as a key contributor to health and safety, sparked by technology and innovation.
