We are looking for a Counter and Telemarketing Sales Advisor to join our commercial team. **Branch**: Calzada Coronel Esteban Cantú, Mexicali, B.C. **Schedule:** Full-time **Job Objective:** Provide direct in-branch customer service, advising customers on purchasing automotive parts, supporting the field sales team by following up on quotations, and contributing to achieving sales targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service and consultation at the counter * Preparation and follow-up of quotations * Order and sales management within the system * Support to field sales team * Telephone contact with customers for follow-up * Assistance with branch-related activities **Required Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in counter sales, customer service, or telesales * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Basic computer proficiency * Service-oriented attitude, results-driven mindset, and passion for sales * Knowledge of automotive or heavy-duty truck parts is preferred **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * Meal vouchers * Job stability * Career growth plan If you are interested in developing your career in the automotive parts sector and joining a solid company, apply through this channel.
