Collaborative culture based on respect and integrity **Real Estate Transaction Analyst** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail lease renewal and negotiation, including rent reductions and documentation management. **Responsibilities include:** * Negotiating retail lease agreements * Requesting and managing documentation * Completing forms and ensuring legal compliance * Matching deeds with contracts * Attention to detail and customer service * Ability to track contract status and follow up on approvals via banking platforms * Conducting online searches **Work Schedule:** * 4 days per week in the office, Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX * Monday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in lease contract negotiation * **Bachelor’s Degree in Law** * Experience with notary offices and retail leasing: commercial spaces, storefronts, warehouses, or expansion analysis * Legal knowledge * Proficiency in Excel and reporting * Excellent writing and spelling skills **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm—driving progress for businesses and individuals.
