Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring continuous operation of production lines, supporting technical staff, and ensuring product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure continuous operation of production lines 2. Support technical staff in resolving issues arising on production lines 3. Ensure product quality and compliance with production schedules Description and details of responsibilities * Ensure continuous operation of production lines: Monitor Line Utilization and Mechanical Efficiency to initiate support actions and coordinate solutions * Support technical staff in resolving issues arising on production lines * Ensure compliance with lubrication routines and autonomous maintenance activities per the scheduled program * Ensure product quality * Meet production schedule requirements on time and as specified * Maintain up-to-date data entry in Epicor * Prepare production reports * Responsible for safeguarding and proper use of equipment and tools assigned to the area; ensure correct completion and filing of departmental reports and logs * Follow up on Food Safety program requirements: HACCP (CCPs), Food Defense * Participate in and comply with internal and external audit requirements Experience and Requirements * 2 years’ experience in pneumatics, electricity, electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, PLCs * Statistical Process Control * Bottling process experience, strong personnel leadership skills, Tress payroll system, Epicor system * Experience in food processing * Good Manufacturing Practices Benefits * Benefits as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Uniform * Life insurance **Number of vacancies** 1 **Department** Production/Manufacturing **Employment type** Permanent **Work mode** On-site **Shift** Variable **Working hours** Full-time **Schedule*** Rotating 3-shift schedule **Education** Bachelor’s degree with professional title **Willingness to travel** No
