Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive legacy in the world! **Employee Type** Trust-based **Position Objective** To efficiently and promptly attend to first-time and subsequent patients, delivering safe and warm medical care during their stay at SANEFRO, with close clinical follow-up and full compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise comprehensive patient management in hemodialysis, ensuring stability and promptly addressing complications arising during renal replacement therapy. * Evaluate the vascular access of hemodialysis patients and timely manage associated complications. * Ensure compliance with procedures and proper functioning of critical systems. Experience * Inpatient care: 1 year * Management of emergencies or critically ill patients: 1 year * Hemodialysis treatments: 1 year * Management of clinical records: 1 year Knowledge * Interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic tests (electrocardiogram and chest X-ray). * Theoretical foundations of renal failure and its treatments. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * NOM-003-SSA3-2010 for hemodialysis practice.
