Focus on analytical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork **Description** Calibration Technician with metrological knowledge and experience in the quantity of Mass, responsible for calibration, verification, and maintenance of weighing instruments and mass standards, ensuring compliance with current standards and internal quality procedures. **Requirements** * **Required academic level:** Incomplete bachelor’s degree or high school diploma * **Required field of study (related fields):** Metrology Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines * **Experience:** 1–2 years in calibration of measurement instruments (preferably in mass) * **Knowledge(s) and tool(s):** * Calibration of scales, analytical balances, and mass standards * Interpretation of calibration certificates * Estimation of measurement uncertainty * Handling of E2, F1, F2, or M1 class standard weights * Knowledge of applicable regulations * Proficiency in Excel and software for report generation * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive * **Language(s):** * English – Basic (technical reading) * **Skill(s) and competency(ies):** * Analytical thinking * Attention to detail * Logical-mathematical reasoning * Teamwork * Organization and adherence to procedures * **Availability:** * Travel required **Schedule** * Monday to Friday * Full-time * 09:00–18:00 * Schedule clarification: For off-site services, departure time is upon return from the service. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Calibration of measurement instruments in the quantity of mass * Verification and adjustment of scales and balances * Preparation of calibration certificates and reports * On-site customer service and support * Basic preventive and corrective maintenance of weighing equipment * Control and safeguarding of mass standards * Support for the quality management system **What the Company Offers** * Statutory benefits * Punctuality bonus * Continuous training in metrology * Indefinite-term employment contract * Opportunity for professional development **Recruitment Process** * In-person or virtual interview * Technical assessment * Psychometric evaluation * Start date of process: February 23, 2026 * Duration of process: 2–3 weeks **Job Type:** Full-time, Indefinite-term **Work Location:** On-site employment Job Type: Indefinite-term Salary: $13,000.00–$15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
