Focus on corporate law **Job Description** We are looking for a **Junior Corporate Lawyer** to join our team in Zona Andares. This position focuses on drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with notaries, document management, supporting corporate matters, and communicating with clients and suppliers. **Contract Responsibilities** * Drafting and reviewing corporate contracts. * Analyzing transactions and determining the appropriate legal instrument. * Verifying documentation and representation authority. * Tracking and coordinating physical or electronic signatures. * Safeguarding contracts in physical and digital archives. **Real Estate** * Drafting lease agreements and coordinating documentation with tenants and joint obligors. * Managing procedures before the Institute of Alternative Justice (IJA). * Compiling case files and coordinating their dispatch/receipt. * Preparing renewals, addendums, and new contracts. **Suppliers** * Compiling case files and drafting contracts with suppliers. * Reviewing documents and managing signatures. **Notarial Management** * Communicating with notaries, requesting drafts, and tracking corrections. * Coordinating notarial signatures and collecting bank statements and invoices. * Supporting internal PRAT procedures, coordinating payments, and validating documentation. **LLC (Foreign Entities)** * Monitoring payment and tax calendars. * Drafting minutes and contracts in English. * Coordinating with foreign agents. **Document Archiving and Control** * Safeguarding and organizing physical and electronic archives. * Managing document loans and updating case files. **Client Communication** * Direct interaction with clients and suppliers. * Resolving queries regarding contracts, documentation, and legal procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree holder). * Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate law. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (reading and calls). * Knowledge of contracts, notarial procedures, leasing, and corporate formalities. * Excellent spelling, writing, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Office tools. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$18,000 to $20,000 net**. * Statutory benefits. * Premium work location (Andares). * Professional development within the corporate area. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
