Lead and supervise the sales team, with emphasis on sales strategies. 2. Analyze customer portfolio performance and manage commercial KPIs. 3. We are seeking new talent for our commercial department. **\*\*\*COMMERCIAL MANAGER\*\*\*** Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience as a Commercial Manager. Responsibilities: * Supervise and follow up with the sales team. * Monitor market competition. * Maintain commercial relationships with suppliers to achieve sales targets by product line. * Supervise and coordinate compliance with federal, state, and municipal tenders. * Plan sales strategies to meet branch quotas and corporate sales targets. * Analyze customer portfolio performance per sales advisor to support decision-making. * Manage commercial KPIs. Knowledge: * Personnel management and administration, with a minimum team of 15 advisors. * CRM system proficiency. * Performance indicators. * Team management.
