At **ChefMX**, we seek an organized, proactive individual with excellent service attitude to join our team in the web sales and logistics department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor sales on web platforms and marketplaces. * Print and prepare shipping labels. * Support national quotation processes. * Coordinate logistics with warehouse and courier companies. * Prepare reports related to shipments and deliveries. * Schedule pickups with courier companies. * Track orders and provide post-sales customer support. * Assist with exchange, return, and warranty processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school (currently pursuing a university degree is acceptable). * Basic Excel skills (mandatory). * Prior experience in marketplace platforms or online sales is preferred. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Integrity, initiative, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills. **We Offer:** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity for growth and learning in e\-commerce and logisitics. * Stable work schedule from Monday to Friday. 8:30 am \- 5:00 pm If you are interested in joining our team, please send us your CV.
