Configuration of printers, software, and Windows platforms TECHNICAL ASSISTANT IN COMPUTER SYSTEMS Job Location: OAXACA DE JUAREZ · Education: Upper secondary education or technical high school diploma in computer science, systems, computing, or related field. · Qualification Level: Technical Professional or Technical Professional Bachelor in Computer Science, Systems, or related field (graduated or intern) · Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years Experience: · Network printer configuration · Scanner folder configuration via SMB · Software installation · Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) · Windows platforms · Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment · Preventive and corrective maintenance of laser and multifunction printers (NOT MANDATORY) Responsibilities: Provide on-site, telephone, and remote technical support across various locations within the state to address equipment failures.
