




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Administrator with experience in taxation and payroll to comprehensively manage the finances of a scaffolding and shoring company. Financial control of operations We are a company dedicated to the sale and rental of **Pigum Scaffolding – Shoring and Scaffolding** A company committed to the development of each of our employees, engaged in the manufacturing, sale, and rental of scaffolding, shoring, and construction accessories nationwide. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To comprehensively manage the company’s administration, accounting, taxation, and payroll, ensuring accurate SAP registration, tax compliance, and financial control of operations. **Job Description:** Accounting Administrator with Taxation and Payroll (Intermediate–Advanced Level). * Office work and warehouse supervision * Scaffolding rental and sales **Responsibilities:** * Administration and inventory management * Registration of rental contracts in SAP. * Invoicing for rentals and sales (CFDI 4.0). * Physical vs. system inventory reconciliation. * Supervision of returns and damaged materials. * Coordination with warehouse and commercial departments. **Accounting:** * Recording of accounting entries (FI module). * Bank reconciliations. * Accounts receivable and payable control. * Monthly accounting closings. * Trial balance compilation and cleansing. * Preparation of basic financial reports (income statement). **Taxation:** * Calculation and filing of: * VAT (IVA) * Income Tax (ISR) * Withholdings * Determination of provisional payments. * DIOT. * Deduction tracking and review of received CFDIs. * Handling basic tax-related requests. **Payroll:** * Weekly or biweekly payroll calculation. * Calculation of ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado). * Settlement and severance calculation. * Attendance incident control (absences, overtime, bonuses). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree preferred). * 4–6 years of experience in general accounting. * Experience in Mexican taxation and payroll calculation. * SAP proficiency (FI module mandatory; MM or SD desirable). * Up-to-date knowledge of CFDI 4.0. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Prior experience in construction or equipment rental is desirable. **Key Competencies:** * Strong sense of tax responsibility. * Financial discipline and organizational skills. * Ability to identify errors and risks. * Discretion and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure during monthly closings.
