Hands-on work with real automated machinery Job Description An industrial-sector company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician with knowledge in Automation to perform preventive/corrective maintenance on highly automated industrial machinery. We seek proactive individuals with rapid learning ability, a strong sense of urgency, strict adherence to safety standards, and disciplined reporting (logbooks and photographic evidence). Main Responsibilities 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of automated industrial machinery: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic 2. Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting in power and control electrical cabinets 3. Electrical motor control via relays and VFDs 4. Maintenance of pneumatic, hydraulic, and adhesive systems 5. Software modification/updating in PLCs and HMIs (where applicable) 6. Daily documentation including: - Logbook - Written reports - Photographic evidence 7. Mechanical, electrical, and control-related projects and improvements 8. Requirements - Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance - Ability to read and interpret diagrams: - Electrical - Single-line - Ladder logic - Knowledge of: - LOTO, working at heights, and hot work - Motor control, sensors, pneumatics - AC and DC electricity - PLC / HMI / VFD (Allen Bradley / Siemens preferred) - Key skills: - Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized - Self-taught - Accustomed to goal-oriented work - Ability to work under pressure and with urgency - Habit of reporting and documenting activities 9.
